I just got back from Hong Kong. It was my first time there and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Along with me, I took along Design Go’s Travel Wallet which I complimentary got from Primer. I’m not really an organizer-kind of guy and would just keep my documents in zip locks so it was also my first time to try out using an organizer on a trip.
The Design Go’s Travel Wallet has a basic, minimalist black design. I think it’s actually a good thing as not to attract too much attention with its conservative styling. The material used seems strong and splash proof and the, stitching is sturdy. Inside, as expected it’s very organized. There are slots and compartments for passports, documents, 10 card slots and even some loose bills.
I thought it was pretty functional. The size was just right to insert my passports, printed tickets on folded letter size paper, calling cards, boarding passes, mileage cards and other documents. It was very handy, as I can easily access important stuff easily within the wallet. Now I wonder how I could have traveled without one before.
One thing it could improve on though is it would be better if I can attach a strap or a chain there somewhere. I’m so forgetful at times that I almost left the organizer at a desk reception. It would be great if I can attach it on my bag. It would be a horror if I lost this with all my important travel documents in tow.
Still, I thought having this Design Go Travel Wallet was very handy. I would recommend getting one if you travel a lot.
