I’ve been enjoying cycling for a while and noticed how it really tightens up the shoulders and hamstrings. Designed this Yoga for Cyclist sequence to work on those areas combining both passive and active stretches to stretch and tone muscles. Helps to keep those legs, shoulders arms supple and flexible enough for a more fluid movement on the saddle.

Sharing my practice for those who enjoy cycling. This sequence is designed to target those areas which usually gets tight by extensive cycling. Expect to stretch and tone muscles on hamstring and quads, to toe and ankle stretch, a little bit of core and some nice shoulder and chest openers.
Even if you’re not into cycling, you can still enjoy the sequence if you want to target those areas mentioned.
